The movie theater is a place of public accomodation under Title III of the ADA and must make reasonable modifications to rules, policies, and procedures. (2) 28 CFR 36.301 (c) provides: Charges. "A public accommodation may not impose a surcharge on a particular individual to cover the cost of measures, such as the the provision of auxillary aids...and reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures that are required to provide that individual or group with the non-discriminatory treatment required by the Act"

The ADA must be enforced. We will lose it if we don't use it. Do not allow establishments to charge you for wheelchairs, as the ADA proclaims it as illegal. The term "establishments" refers to theme parks, museums, aquariums, and other public attractions.
